Pedals under warranty (see our warranty policy) will be repaired for no charge.

In the event of a non-warranty repair, the customer is responsible for shipping the pedal to us. In addition, we will invoice for the cost of parts, labor (€40/hour), and return shipping.

To initiate the repair process, please contact us via the contact form below.

All Color Audio products may be returned within 14 days of arrival to the customer (see our return policy). Use the contact form below to initiate the return process. However, you must pay for return shipping and a restocking fee of minimum 15% of full retail cost. We will process your refund when the pedal is back in our hands.

Barring that, you can easily resell pedals on a number of websites such as reverb.com or various forums.

Yes. The correct duties are automatically calculated at checkout and included in your total — so there are no surprise fees on delivery.

Our pedals ship from Finland, and we use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping for U.S. orders. This means all duties and tariffs are handled upfront, and you won’t need to pay anything extra when your order arrives.

If you're ordering from outside the EU, your country may charge VAT, GST, or import duties when the package arrives. These fees are not included in the product price and are the buyer’s responsibility. We ship using DAP (Delivered at Place) terms, which means any import charges are paid by you upon delivery. Please check your local customs rules to avoid surprises.

For customers within the EU, VAT is already included in the product price, and there are no additional import fees.

Yes – but not automatically. We haven’t found a system reliable enough for automatic VAT number validation yet, so we currently handle it manually.

If you're an EU business (excluding Finland) with a valid VAT number, please contact us before placing your order using the contact form. Include the following details:

  • Your VAT number
  • Company name
  • Company address
  • Email address

We’ll manually validate your VAT number and apply the exemption if everything checks out.

Please note: This does not apply to Finnish customers.
