Return Policy
Color Audio offers a 14-day return period from the time your item(s) are received. If 14 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused condition, complete with all original packaging and accessories. Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or are missing components will not be accepted.
All returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, regardless of the condition. If the returned item shows signs of wear or damage, the restocking fee may be increased at our discretion.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Return Authorization (RMA)
To initiate a return, you must contact us via our contact form to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Once you receive your RMA, ship your product via a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be securely packed in their original packaging. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments, so we strongly recommend using a reliable, trackable method.
Return Denials
We reserve the right to deny a return in the following cases:
1. The item shows signs of use, wear, or damage.
2. The item is missing original packaging, accessories, or components.
3. The item was returned without prior approval (no RMA number).
4. The item does not arrive in acceptable condition as outlined above.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after inspection and will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Import duties, tariffs, customs clearance fees, and taxes are non-refundable. These charges are collected by local tax authorities and are not recoverable by Color Audio in the event of a return.
If the return is not approved, we will contact you with the reason and options for returning the item to you at your expense.
