Warranty Coverage

Color Audio provides a limited, non-transferable warranty to the original owner for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your product fails within this period, we will repair or, at our discretion, replace the product at no cost to you.


Limits of Liability

In the case of malfunction, your sole remedy will be repair or replacement as outlined above. Color Audio will not be liable for any damages resulting from the failure of the product, including but not limited to lost profits, lost savings, damage to other equipment, or any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this product.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product and will not exceed the current retail price. By using the product, you accept all terms outlined in this policy.


Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

1. Cosmetic damage, including scratches or dents.

2. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper storage.

3. Environmental or liquid damage.

4. Use of an incorrect power supply, including over-voltage or reverse polarity.

5. Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repair attempts.

6. Normal wear and tear.

7. Any damage resulting from natural disasters, lightning, or power surges.

8. Loss or theft of the product.


Non-Warranty Repairs

If the product needs repair due to any of the reasons listed above, or if the two-year warranty period has expired, we offer non-warranty repairs at a rate of 40€ per hour.


How to Obtain Service

If your product requires service, please contact us via our contact form. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs to our repair center. If the repair is covered under warranty, we will cover the return shipping.
